OUR SALON RULES

1. WE DO NOT PERFORM EXTREMELY INTENSE KNOT REMOVAL PROCEDURES, WHICH WE CONSIDER TORTURE TO ANIMALS, IN OUR SALON. WE KINDLY REQUEST THAT YOU SCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENTS TAKING THIS INTO ACCOUNT.

2. Our prices are not based on weight, but vary according to the size of your dog.

3. For less intensive but time-consuming knot removal procedures, an additional fee starting from 1000 TL may be charged.

4. Dogs with fleas, ticks, skin infections, or fungal diseases will not be treated for the health of other dogs in our salon. If a problem is discovered during treatment, the dog will be returned to its family before the treatment is completed, and the full service fee will be charged.

5. Dog owners are responsible for ensuring their dogs are fully vaccinated when they enter our salon.

6. After scheduling an appointment, if we do not receive cancellation notification within 24 hours, a 50% fee will be charged for the cancelled or missed appointment in order to request a new appointment.

7. Our waiting area is suitable for only one person.

8. We kindly request that you pick up your dogs at the designated pickup time. Otherwise, a pet monitoring fee of 500 TL per hour will be charged.
